Some changes I've done. I've increased exercising from 2 to 3 days a week to 5 days a week for 1 hour in the gym for cardio and strength training. 2 to 3 days a week still do aerobic exercise with my FitCamp family for an hour. Next week I will resume walking on top of all this.
I also started another weight loss challenge. Which ends May 29th, 2017. The goal is to be at 168 lbs by then.
